Limiting Profiling to particular blocks of code

Richard Wurdack (a.k.a Angry Richard) gives a quick intro to the profiler api and the Microsoft.VisualStudio.Profiler namespace to help Limit the Data Crunch from Trace Profiling.

This might help to prevent drowning in trace data.
